The troubleshooting simulation system is included, which generates up to 16 different breakdowns to be diagnosed by the user.

FMS-204 SE I4.0 - Shaft selection/ supply

In this fourth workstation, the shaft is assembled onto the workpiece coming from the previous station. There are two types of shafts depending on their material: aluminium and nylon. This increases the number of possible finished products, while also increasing the didactic capacities of the FMS-200 SE I4.0. The different operations undertaken in this station are distributed around an index plate. The operations are: shaft feeding, measuring shaft height, positioning the shaft in the correct orientation, material detection, removal of an incorrect shaft and finally the insertion of the shaft into the assembly. Furthermore, this station includes the following Industry 4.0 technologies: - Safety: for the purpose of offering machinery safety concepts, a transparent safety guard is fitted on the side and front, as well as a flat sensor camera at the top which, together with the safety relay, enables the aforementioned technology to run. - HMI: this station includes an HMI screen. - Identification systems (RFID): the antenna for reading/writing the RFID tag located on the transport pallet is located in the station's transfer section. The troubleshooting simulation system is included, which generates up to 16 different breakdowns to be diagnosed by the user.

FMS-205 SE I4.0: Cover selection/ supply

This station inserts a lid on the set of parts which have been assembled in the previous stations. There are 6 different types of lids: depending on the material (aluminium or nylon), colour (light or dark) and height (high or low). This variety offers the station more didactic options due to a whole series of verification and measuring operations that are carried out. The different operations undertaken in this station are distributed around an index plate. Furthermore, this station includes the following Industry 4.0 technologies: - Safety: in order to offer machinery safety concepts, a transparent safety guard is fitted on the side and top along with safety barriers at the front of the station which, together with the safety relay, enables the above-mentioned technology to run. - IO-Link Smart devices: photoelectric sensor and valve block.

FMS-206 SE I4.0 - Screws supply

The sixth station supplies and inserts four screws in the base of the workpiece. Given that feeding is only carried out at only one point, an additional mechanism has been included in the transfer system to carry out successive rotations of the pallet. This element is comprised of a lifting cylinder and rotary actuator. Furthermore, this station includes the following Industry 4.0 technologies: - IO-Link Smart devices: three limit switch sensors, one gripper sensor and the solenoid valve block.

FMS-207 SE I4.0: Robotized Assembly, Screwing and disturbation

The seventh station integrates robotics technology. An industrial robot is used to screw in the four bolts supplied by the previous station. The robot has a tool attached with a pneumatic gripper and an electric screwdriver and the station table includes material stores (with capacity for 6 lids and 6 shafts). In addition to the screwing operation, the robot can also be used for assembly and dismantling operations, plus exchanging material between stores. These applications support an extensive range of possible programs for the robot controller which significantly extends its didactic capacities. Furthermore, this station includes the following Industry 4.0 technologies: - Robotics: this allows choosing between integrating a collaborative, or standard, industrial robot. - HMI: this station includes an HMI screen. - Identification systems (RFID): the antenna for reading/writing the RFID tag located on the transport pallet is located in the station's transfer section.

FMS-208 SE I4.0 - Inspection, storage and dispatch station

This station conducts a quality inspection of the finished product, in addition to storing and/or dispatching it. The product quality inspection will be conducted by means of an artificial vision camera installed in the transfer. The storage and dispatch of finished products is performed by a system based on three coordinate axes, two of which are servo-controlled (X-Y axes), and a third pneumatic, vertical axis (Z axis) responsible for picking up the material. Furthermore, this station includes the following Industry 4.0 technologies: - Artificial vision: an artificial vision camera will perform the product quality inspection. - Safety: for the purpose of offering machinery safety concepts, a transparent safety guard is fitted on the side, front and at the top which, along with the safety relay, allows the aforementioned technology to run. - Electric actuators: two electric actuators, in conjunction with one pneumatic actuator, will store and dispatch the finished product. - HMI: this station includes an HMI screen. - Identification systems (RFID): the antenna for reading/writing the RFID tag located on the transport pallet is located in the station's transfer section.

FMS-209 SE I4.0 - AMR - Mobile Robot

It is a technological proposal that merges an Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR), a control service and a mobile application to optimise inventory management through the automation and coordination of activities. The system will detect by itself the shortage of raw materials or the need for recycling in a specific station, and the robot will move to carry out the corresponding task. The special version of the mobile robot, the MoMa, is a robotic solution that automates not only the transportation of goods but also the complex handling operations (picking and placing parts, storage, positioning, holding, sorting, etc.). By combining a collaborative robot and a mobile robot, a new generation Mobile Manipulator or MoMa is obtained.
