PCT-200 applications
PCT-200 has a number of optional applications, as well as different PLCs and HMIs. Configure the trainer that best suits your needs.
Traffic Signal Application
Application that will simulate a traffic light junction, with red, green and yellow traffic indicators, three indicators for each direction (North, South, East and West). In addition, it shall include a pedestrian button with a cross/do not cross function along with a railroad crossing.
Sorting Conveyor Application
Application that simulates the classification of objects using different sensors and detectors assembled on a conveyor belt.
Electro-Mechanical Ball Screw Application
A table-top unit that will include a ball screw assembly with an servomotor. This application shall include position sensors to be integrated at the beginning, middle and end of the unit to provide position during travel.
PID Pressure Application
An application which, using PID control from the PLC, will allow control of the pressure of a system.
PID Temperature Application
An application which, through the use of PID control from the PLC, will allow temperature control of a system.
Optional HMI for PCT-200
In addition to the HMI included in the configured trainer, PCT-200 has different HMI options to be added as options.
The system includes a unique design that allows PLCs and HMIs of different brands to be assembled and disassembled quickly, reducing wiring time.
