LOG-200 includes

Software applications

LOG-200 displays the information contained in each “tag” through the RFID controller and the PLC sends the right information to each actuator to place each container in its correct location. In addition, information for each object can be accessed over the Internet by means of a Web server that communicates with the PLC. LOG-200 includes 2 different software applications: -**Web server software** - it can set up a website to track the object’s traceability over the Internet. -**SCADA software** - sets up a remote application to read/write information on RFID tags.

Optionals

LOG-200 has a series of optional extras.

With this system you could...

Technologies vs Skills

LOG-200 allows the performance of different practical activities aimed at the development of competencies in the technologies indicated in the attached table.

Identification Communications

Industrial coding is the process by which a unique identifier is assigned to each piece of equipment, product, item or system within a company. Industrial labels and other elements such as cards or signs offer a fast and reliable solution for the identification of equipment and facilities. They are systems such as RFID, BCR, NFC and QR.

SCADA HMI

SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) is a control system architecture comprising computers, networked data communications and graphical user interfaces for high-level supervision of machines and processes.

Industrial Communications

Industrial communication refers to a data transmission system designed to enable communication between field devices, such as sensors, actuators, and controllers, and the monitoring and control systems in industry.

Distribution Panel

Is a component of an electricity supply system that divides an electrical power feed into subsidiary circuits while providing a protective fuse or circuit breaker for each circuit in a common enclosure.

Electric Motors

An electric motor is a device that turns electrical energy into mechanical rotational energy through the action of magnetic fields generated in its coils. They are electric rotating machines composed of a stator and a rotor.
